How do I order with Lyt Delivery?
What are Lyt's hours of operation?
Lyt is open for cannabis delivery in the Los Angeles area from 12pm to 10pm, seven days a week.
Can I call for support?

What do I need to do to become a member?
Medical customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 18 AND a valid medical marijuana card issued in the state of California.
What forms of ID are accepted?
Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. Your ID must be valid and have a future expiration date in order to be accepted.
Where does Lyt deliver?
What types of payment do you accept?
Lyt Delivery accepts cash and debit card. Lyt does not accept credit cards at this time.
Do I have to create an account to order delivery?
Yes, fill up your shopping cart and you’ll be prompted to create an account during checkout. When you come back to order cannabis delivery again, just login and all your account details will be saved.
May I tip the driver?
Tips are appreciated, but not required. Our team works hard to provide you with five star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute.
Where can I receive my delivery?
We cannot deliver to any public places such as parks, schools, libraries, government buildings, etc.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on where you’re located and our order queue at the moment you submit your order, your delivery will arrive anywhere from 15-60 minutes.
Do the Driver offer To-Door Delivery?
No, we ask all our customers to recieve their orders at our delivery vehicles for the safety of both parties. With the exception of people with special medical conditions that prevent them from performing the aforementioned action.
What is Lyt's minimum order amount?
Lyt’s minimum order is $40. Order minimum must meet requirement after all discounts are applied and before all taxes are applied.
Are there first time member deals?
All first time members receive a 20% off discount towards their entire first order. Order minimum must meet requirement after all discounts are applied and before all taxes are applied.
Does Lyt Delivery offer discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes, we have a ton or discount programs. You can look at our deals page here to see all available deals! As for loyalty programs, each dollar spent earns you 1 point. Those points can be used on our website to get dollar towards purchases, merch/goodies, and even travel!
We also have a number of loyalty programs that any member of LYT Delivery can take part in. Leave us an honest review at Google Places, Yelp, or Weedmaps and email it to us prior to your next order. We’ll credit your next order with a $4.20 off coupon!
How do I exchange defective products?
We want all of our members to be satisfied with their purchase. Please contact(213) 706-3342 in order to coordinate with our customer service representative.
What if I am 18 years old and don't have a CA Doctor's Recommendation?
If you are younger than 21 years of age, we cannot serve you without proper documentation. To become a legal cannabis patient you can visit your personal physician or you can have a virtual doctor’s appointment through Heally. The entire process takes approximately 30 minutes or so and being evaluated costs $39 through this link Their service is available 8am-10pm, 7 days a week.

Since cannabis is now legal in California, do I still need a doctor's recommendation?
Not if you’re 21 or over! However, if you are younger than 21 years of age, you still need a doctor’s rec, which is available to you if 18 or over.
